Scope of Service
These Terms govern your use of: (a) the website rumtrack.com and (b) the official RumTrack Telegram bot. Any future services (e.g., APIs or additional integrations) will be covered by updated Terms.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed via Telegram Stars inside the Telegram app.
- We do not store card details; payments are handled by Telegram.
- No refunds except for confirmed service errors on our side that prevented delivery of the purchased service.
Acceptable Use
- No use on sites with illegal content, malware, or activities that violate laws.
- No attempts to bypass technical limitations, abuse alerts, or manipulate data.
- No fraudulent or harmful behavior impacting other users or our infrastructure.
Data & Public Links
We collect website performance metrics (LOAD, LCP, TTFB, FCP, CLS, INP) and, in Telegram, your user ID, username (if available), language code, and transaction ID for payments. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Some outputs (e.g., shareable charts/links) may be publicly accessible if you share them. You are solely responsible for keeping such links private if required.
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (including uptime or accuracy). We are not liable for damages, data loss, or losses related to your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service means you agree to the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and reasonably. Applicable jurisdiction will be determined upon future company registration and may be updated here.
